Farming comes with unique challenges. From unpredictability to isolation, these challenges can take a toll on your mental health. The good news is there are simple skills and tools that can help!
Living Life to the Full is an online, interactive group course that supports you to learn skills for maintaining wellness, and managing low mood, stress and anxiety.

Connect with other farmers and producers from across Canada
Over 83% of participants say the course helped them understand low mood and stress, and do simple things to feel happier and healthier.
Course start dates:
- April 16th to June 4th, 2026 – Thursdays at 6:30 PM (ET)/ 3:30 PM (PT)
- April 28th to June 16th, 2026 – Tuesdays at 7:00 PM (ET)/ 4:00 PM (PT)
- May 25th to July 13th, 2026 – Mondays at 7:00 PM (ET)/ 4:00 PM (PT)
Each course runs for 8 weeks with weekly 1.5 hour virtual sessions via Zoom. Registration closes 5 days before each course starts.
