Enjoy Your Baby is a 5-session, 10-hour course that provides support and training in skills to maintain wellness and cope with symptoms of low mood, stress and anxiety in the year after the birth of a child, and helps prevent mood disorders such as postpartum depression.
About the course
- Group-based CBT course
- Offered in five sessions (10 hours total)
- For parents and caregivers of children between 1 and 14 months of age
- Led by a certified facilitator
- Course co-designed by Dr. Chris Williams (Living Life to the Full, Bounce Back) and Dr. Michelle Haring (BC psychologist, and expert in CBT and reproductive mental health)
